1.    Payment of Before and After Care fees are due on Monday of each week before when childcare services will be provided.  If you need Before and After Care on days you are not currently registered for, please speak to one of our staff, who can assist you with setting that up.  Before care is from 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM, and aftercare will be from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM.  The price is $35 for before care and $25 for aftercare.  The price for both is $50.

2.   Before and After Care payment is made at the beginning of the previous week, and we cannot issue refunds or credits for days when your child is out due to absences.

3.    After Care closes at 5:00 PM.  After that, there will be a 5-minute grace period; late fees will apply by $10.  Late prices increase an additional $15 every 15 minutes beyond 5:05 PM.

4.    Accounts more than seven days past due will be issued a late fee of $25.  The check may be sent to Open Seas Learning Academy, or you may pay in cash.  If you choose to pay electronically through PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp, an additional $5 fee will be assessed.
